Once the judge makes his decision MMX doesnt have the opportunity to make an offer. The judgement sets the damages and MMX is stuck with it.
This is why according to media quoting Sage MMX have offered a large number as they dont want to run the risk of losing a part of the IO assets.
CHM/CFE want the IO interest while I am guessing the funder wants the certainty of the cash.
As to the smart ones getting out your wrong again. As the loyal fans of MMX love to point out the number of shares on issue is huge and so the large holders need a result in this case and a reward through the share price.
Despite your repeated pump and dump calls the volumes never support this.
