Hi Trees,
As they say these Chinese signing ceremonies and the accompanying MOU deals are akin to a 'first date'- very few of them lead to marriage with a real contract.
I'm hoping that a lot of these solar deals will be done between the govt and JV's comprising a local Chinese company and an experienced overseas company and that we're setting ourselves up to be that local Chinese company in at least one big deal.
But the chances are still pretty slim IMO.
