    I concur Zwu,BUT until that may happen and it aint no sure bet,and keeping the legal case as a life ring at best,it would seem at the very least for one mitigate the loss that is impending---without advisers or toute promoters ,just the investor with their lawyer holding the investors ALL accountable in a win win deal with other investors and JV individuals NOT companies that have Collin or Pitt st.addresses
