With the placement, I think I have already made it quite clear that I will be voting NO to the Options which is really over the top and not warranted. I also voted NO to the last placement, which I also thought was inappropriate.

I am also very disappointed with the current sp, and on a personal note I am hurting like everyone else who has held shares for as long as I have (3 years). However, while I agree with some aspects of your view, I believe you need to also have a balanced view.

Can you really blame KEY management for TZ or Italy?

Yes, UK has been very disappointing so far, but I would prefer to reserve my judgement to after the drilling later this year to make a call on whether the purchase has been a success or failure. IMO, the main reason the sp is at 5c is because of the delays / issues with Tz and Italy.
