SO IT IS NOT agl BUYING!

DB is buying because it is betting on an increase in bid price, ie a competing bid.

i doubt it would buy above the 15c mark.

the point is, now the hedge funds have a bigger % s/h than does AGL under its pre-bid acceptance agreement.

so AGL may have a tough time getting the 75% acceptance.

so i will bet that AGL will need to do a deal with the hedge funds.

I stated here some time back that the word "final" was worth nothing !!!

i reckon AGL will come back with an increase in price to 18c ! there's a figure for everyone to chew over?
