Following another huge contract announcement, UBS analysts point out the fact that Fortescue ((FMG)) will own its own mines and intends to hire them out to Downer which will then manage the assets significantly reduces the need for capital at Downer.

Downer has secured the Fortescue ((FMG)) contract and along with the Bowen Basin contracts the broker suggests the net result is "transformational" for the company. The broker expects earnings growth of 70% over the next two years.
The broker has Buy on this "unloved" name. Despised more like it.
Target rises from $5.20 to $5.51
