NEW EP 97 OIL FARMIN BY CENTRAL PETROLEUM
Central Petroleum Limited (ASX:CTP) (Central) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Merlin Energy Pty Ltd (Merlin), has entered into an agreement with Rawson Resources Limited to farmin into the oil prospective Pellinor prospect block (Pellinor Block) within EP 97 situated in the Pedirka Basin.
If you read that properly, CTP has in fact farmed into this permit. Now CTP must drill a well in Simpson to earn an interest in Bejah and then a well in Pellinor to satisfy the new license. CTP are clearly very interested in this area and Rawson must definitely be enjoying this interest.
Think the CTP board are now aware that we want the company's cash splurged on oil. BRING ON BLACK GOLD!
