Firstly i don't think they need to raise capital now!
But another big tender win or another provision for RR will require capital.
The market (not me) is undecided, do they leap in now and get hit with a cap raise in say 3 to 4 months time? hence my comment this is going nowhere in a hurry.
The market is waiting for further clarity on the funding position of the Reliance Rail entity.
"With the new CEO on board I think they should go for the cap raising" So as to remove the uncertainty.
But he has already stated there will be no cap raising. So the market remains uncertain.
$5 bil in new contracts and DOW sits 30% below its 3 month high.
