Both CEOs (old and new) have mentioned in numerous announcements that they do not need to raise capital.
How come that some speculators know better what a company should or should not do (without giving a legitimate reason for it) than the company's CFO or CEO?
What is it that speculators and a few brokers know that the DOW management does not?
I'd like to know that.
Why is it better to raise capital when you have enough at hand? And, when they can borrow more if they need to...?
