Yup the smaller player probably wouldnt have sold their rights, not sure what brokerage would have cost, so for many probably wasnt worth it.

I guess it all comes down to the uptake from the big players.

I guess there were a few of the sophisticated investors that last chewed off some at 70c. I think thats where this 50c placing and 70c option sweetens the deal. Lets hope the big players had some powder dry and were ready to commmit.
