johnny, from my understanding it was to do with R.L not communicating very well with the larger holders, I have heard a fair bit about it and words like arrogance came into the conversation. Next was the style of contracts that were in play where IDL could get burnt if the mines shut down etc with no ongoing earnings clauses, this was evident during the GFC and Handlebar Hill played a big roll in this.

I have since heard that the types of contracts they are entering into don't leave IDL hanging if things were to slow, in fact I heard that they refuse to enter into any contracts that don't take care of the company, couple this with the con note reductions and continual "runs" on the board with these latest contracts and the picture certainly looks a lot brighter. Obviously this is all just hearsay and words heard.

I was out of the stock but have been back in for a while and as long as the growth in China and here looks to continue I will accumulate more when funds permit, Gluck.
