    re: Ann: Mosaic Board Unanimously Recommends ... what a bunch of spineless losers - you'd swear they were already working for AGL. imo they gave been bought out via under the table deals or promised well paying jobs with AGL

    A useless company comes to an inglorious end - a takeover where most shareholders do even get a return on their original purchase price
