Yes, if you recall the outcome to the last vote (snip below) you can see why they didn't want to come back to us. I expressed my sentiment against giving them the chance to dilute us at a low price with 'the bat cave' thread.
But they can always do another 15% dilution next year if the SP hasn't risen.
If it has risen significantly, they might do us all a favour and do a retail placement at over 10c.
