The other thing I should have mentioned is that once TRF tradeable options exists, it provides you with easy leverage.
For example if TRF is trading at 80c, and the option is at 10c, if you buy the option and the price rises by 5c, you make 50% (15/10 *100), whereas on TRF its 85/80*100= 6%.
Remember leverage is a two way thing, and can amplyify loses as well as gains.
Also remember that these examples are well above todays share price, and there is no way to know which way it will head, though I have my hopes for a positive direction.
Overall should the TRF stock price rise to over 70c in the next two years, this could add an extra interesting dimension to the stock, and one you should keep an eye on.
One thing to consider here would be the initial price of the option, once it starts trading. If for example on release its trading at 1c and you bought it, its worthless until the stock is over 70c. But at 71c you made 100% profit, you can work out the rest from there.
By comparison buying TRF now, if it hits 70c, youve made 40%, but if the price stays at 50c you've lost nothing, and at 60c you've made money (and nothing with the option)
People will be playing a mental game of chess and speculation right now, some of which i think is the reason why people are trying to ensure they are able to obtain some of the options through the rights issue. After all if you dont have the funds to buy into the rights issue, surely you would consider selling on market in order to raise the captial, especially if the price is over 50c, or even close to it.
Its all pretty much crystal ball gazing for now.
Good luck to all, I am really excited to see where we are this time next year.
