italian offshore permits affected?, page-20

I agree the granted Sardinia prospect is the best shot for Italy now FWIW, and KEY must certainly still have a change there because the socialist alliance is still up in arms about the prospect of exploration there.
I read a chunk of the prospect will be out of bounds if the new law is passed, but there should be area available for exploration. I am so demoralized I haven't tried to map the prospects to drill-able areas.

I am pretty sure any small island qualifies, after all that is how countries define their maritime borders and fishing/oil rights etc.
