my man says they've got 2 boggers (underground loaders) smashed in stopes - he said they were on tele-remotes (like a playstation) and the stope collapsed on them. Remember that seismic event last year in the calais stopes? they were abandoned and recently 'made safe' for retrieval of dirt. Not the smartest option seeing as they lost 2 boggers in a month or so. Guess they'll have to get insurance on them.

From what I remember they had 6 or so boggers, less 2 makes 4 I guess. You lose 1/3 of your capacity it's going to hurt.

My mate has had about enough, underground employment is starting to look up, so he's looking around. Bit of a cowboy operation, really. Lot of the guys are hanging around for production & retention bonuses.
