1. Don't the directors own shares as well? If they've owned shares since the start with a list price of 20c (or was it 30c) - aren't they in the same boat - their market value is down 75%? How much do the directors actually own?


Tradersam, I'll answer this one. The listing price in April 2007 was 30c. Updated top twenty shareholders list was posted on KEY's website on 23/6/10.

This lists Ken as the 2nd largest shareholder with 5,335,000 shares or 4.13% of the company.

Ted's super fund is listed as the 3rd largest shareholder with 5,250,000 shares or 4.06% of the company.

The directors aren't quite in the same boat as ordinary shareholders as you, I, kalmsg, dapper, etc don't get any directors fees, wages, etc from KEY.
