Planning for JK's retirement started late last year. The Board have snapped up two very able executives to carry on the good work. JK will stick around for a little while which is good news as there is a lot of knowledge for him to pass on.

The current Board and Management are pursuing a chosen strategy to maximise the value of both their CSG and oil assets. As per recent Annual reports this has been the case for quite a while.

The ITC Board know full well the potential of VPE's assets ( both CSG and oil ) and I would say that a 1 for 4 would be quite acceptable for any knowledgeable ITC shareholder.

VPE are continuing on with their chosen PLAN but I think the latest 3D oil seismic may have accelerated things.

Very happy to be holding both ITC and VPE.
