Not sure how to value the underground storage. Tried to get a lead from gas cos in North America where these structures are vital to smooth out supply over the summer/winter periods. As I understand it these underground storages will be used to smooth supply to the LNG plants - obviously these plants would operate best with regular, predicatable supply - but how to value escapes me.
On a different tack I suspect our pipeline infrastructure is worth much more than its written down value - so a sum of the parts valuation makes MOS rather more valuable than 15c ps - 20c would be fair, imo.
