I have no problem with people criticising management. I think it is only fair to provide some evidence or reasoned argument to why that view is held (which you have clearly done).

I guess NBS shareholders can only hope that the CEO (Johann Young) and newly appointed chairman are both men of integrity who will do the right thing. Do have any reason to doubt their integrity? Though I would say that keeping Dykes on the board as CFO has done nothing to enhance their reputations.
