Agree - the setting up shop within 8km is a worry. And I think I read somewhere (can't remember where) that the courts have ruled that VGH's legal right to enforce the 8km radius was anti-competitive and so couldn't be upheld. i don't understand this - whats the point of having a non-compete clause in a contract if its not legally binding. Another indication of management's incompetence.
On a bright note, however, I saw that Huntley have rated the stock a speculative buy (though high risk) with a price target of $0.80 in 12-18 months.
That was before the 14% drop today to 29c though.
This is a gritty stock to hold...
