re: Ann: AEL's Increased 42 cent offer fo... With Director buying before announcement, sharing the same offices with AWE, and now accepting pathetic offer, it stinks and should be reported to ASIC.
To think that they wasted money on a glossy independant report, sent out to all shareholders as well, while already signing off on the deal, makes it stink further.
