EMM developed a circular, totally enclosed electro-winning cell design. Totally enclosed means hot acids, and their corrosive fumes, are contained, making them harmless to crew and plant. Their circular design allows for harvesting the deposited metal by means of a raking device, thus the cells have a short down time for harvest, and no acid splatter.

They have also finessed the design to produce metal powder, ie silver powder, copper, gold, it works for most metals.
