The problems with COY are:
1. the placement pending (see MD's interview)
2. the major shareholder selling down and
3. the fact that you have no support from a credible stockbroker who can deliver decent IPOs (yes have a look at their others before you go on, have a look at CBIO (ASX Code CBZ) this year, $1.00 IPO went to $0.40 on open, APAC Coal (ASX Code AAL) $0.20 now at 4 cents, QMN a 50cent IPO now at 8 cents or so, the list does go on).
