According to the Business Spectator Downer EDI has
a plan B.
Break up and sell up to the highest bidder.
Or a takeover.
Some here have mooted this in the past and surely a 30% fall in the sp in such a short space of time suggests that management have been blindsided by this term of events,not complicit as one commentator I noticed suggested today.
How good is Geoff Dixon?
Is he up to the task of looking after shareholders having only been in the job for a short while (2008)
things are definitely not going to plan now
