my "paper work" arrived today, to the door, hand delivered (and it's public holiday!)...it would not fit into any mailbox! its like old fashion Britannica...lol....expense was not spared - very impressive, high quality stuff...will treasure it for sure...reading it all will kill my spare time till Xmas at least
