March 23 (Bloomberg) -- Dart Energy Ltd., the company to be spun off from Arrow Energy Ltd., may be worth A$1 a share, the Australian Financial Review reported, citing internal Arrow valuations. Shares in Dart were valued at 55 Australian cents by the company before Royal Dutch Shell Plc agreed to give up its right to take a 50 percent interest in any international discoveries, increasing its valuation to A$1, the report said.
