in simple terms CGT
hold for less than 12mths you pay 48% in the dollar on your capital gain less claims if you can.
hold for 12mths or more you 24% in the dollar less claims if you can.
also you can off set your capital profit against capital losses.
that will be $480.00 bucks thanks. lol
