That is not out of the question either although I doubt AWE would want to exit now. If there is someone wanting ADI they would have to talk to AWE as AWE would have a blocking hold. If that was the case then AWE may be making a lowball offer as part of the process of establishing value. Stranger things have happened.

I have a history of takeover problems over the last few years. Stocks like ADI that you buy and hold through the bad times because you can see a possible great future only to find a predator lurking in the wings. Some succeeded some did not. The last two that didn't succeed were LYC and OZL and I still hold them. AGM succeeded but did me a favour as the takeover price was excessive. AZR was one that I believe I lost out on and it was taken over at a similar stage that ADI has reached.
