Company last reported that :
.Reduced debt by a huge $4 000 000 from a total debt of $ 11 000 000,which brings the debt level down to $7 000 000, a 35 % debt reduction in just 12 months.
.Expected profit $ 2 800 000 after tax.
.Even if the company paid half the profit expected of $1 400 000 in dividends, that would amount to about 5 cents/per share according to my calculations.
.Outstanding shares total 26 000 000
.which would amount to a 12% yield according to my calculations.
.What am I missing?
