The other thing to that Mlet is that they have already spent more than 5mill on the purchases and they have big CSG program and drilling program with ITc coming up so if the takeover attempt becomes protracted then they will need all their cash without capital raisings. So it won;t surprise me if they stop anyway and then formalise the approach soon.
