    well, 60mins after open COF is up 4.1%. Seems mkt not concerned re bad publicity re aid spending/usuage. There is no hint COF have been corrupt... the article's thrust is that spending on projects built by COF&CDD is extravagent and needs revising. Holders should read today's Courier Mail and decide for themselves what effects will be.
