    this is where we run into potential trouble...is the infrastructure really there ?

    does it belong to somebody already?

    is the capacity at its maximum (or at least its claimed to be at its maximum) ?

    is all of the above just an excuse for monopoly on iron ore by couple of players?

    does this give an excuse to 40% super tax for further reinvestment into more infrastructure ?

    so many q's so little a's ...
