I am sorry to say this for all holders but my thoughts are this bad boy is going to get wound up sooner rather than later. It certainly appears that the debt covenents can not be met so the issue for directors is how far they will go whilst risking the company could be deemed to be insolvent.

Unfortunately my prediction is this stock will fall below 1c within 6 weeks and administrators will be appointed in 3 months.

Hopefully things pick up.
