The big end of town are finally showing their hand !!!!!.

40 Cents - your kidding me right - reference is made that this is a premium of somewhere between 38% and 60% - which is the case base on the prices they are comparing to - however it does not show how high the company got to - in the last 2 / 3 years or does it factor in the potetial upside for the sugar play or what has been included in broker reports (albiet the later is risked prices).

Well , I assume Directors have obligations and a duty of care to all ensure all shareholders interests (even minority) are looked after , this being the case - 40cents is a complete joke.

As it is an on market offer , the market forces will come into play , however I would hope the Directors of ADI have some gumption and communicate to the market / shareholders and advise that the offer being made is materially understated.
