Aminex have announced they will try to pass a resolution @ their next AGM to issue 250 million shares @ 6p this will increase the working capital by 15 million pounds.I reckon they already have 11 millon in the kitty why would they need another 15 million.
They have already increased their holding in Nyuni do they want more ?
