    I'm afraid I can't agree with you dapper. Expect this stock to fly very soon now. Phillipine elections today will (hopefully) herald the end of political uncertainty and the PEL deal wil be finalised. At that time there should be no impediment to a spedy implemenation of this very simple, low cost operation.

    I actually topped up at the end of last week.....
