Sorry for late reply.

"ignoring everyting" means ignoring any considerable factors affecting SP such as interest movement or government's tax changes or Greek crises (or PIIGS crises)
or US or other world market indices movement and so on.

As far as I know human beings have a tendancy to make a boundary at 30 rather than 29 or 29.5 or 31 or 32, if most congested such 30 cents resistent/barrier is broken I thought(IMO) SP travels like over Autobarn without much resistent. This is why I put IMO and as a human being, I am not 100% sure about it so I put 'I hope' as my wish.
