Same here. For what it offers, $4.28 is a rip-off, unless you have absolute gridlock on the free roads.
I was driving along Bowen Bridge Road yesterday at about 5.15pm....just a trickle coming out of the tunnel, and this is when the tunnel should be humming. Looks like most drivers agree with our sentiment roaminoz.
