My understanding is Macquarie are using law firm Freehills (out of Sydney) Freehills have another law firm working on their behalf in the Dominican republic to finalise the documentation. THe problem is EVG has a concession to mine granted by the govt of the Dominican , not a mining tenament as such as would be the case in Oz, with the assumed security that provides the banks and miner with a mortgage over assets.
One would think its just a technicality but I am no legal expert.
The fully paid shares are offering great value IMHO, just my feeling but I feel when this gets up and running the company will be processing the ore alot longer than 5 years from LL.
I cant post to often now as I have a horrible work load tax time.
