sdc01, that line you are referring to - "Commercial sales of the OvPlex test have begun in Australia and are soon to commence in the UK" - is a standard line that has been on their announcements even from last year, time they dropped it for sure.

From the way I read it they have received $57k from customers, a marked improvement from any previous period. They have only just started in the UK, they wouldn't even have had the chance to really push it and maximum time would have only been 1 month, maximum. Time is needed here and the next quarterly will be telling.
