FURTHER DOCTORS RECONTRACT LONG TERM

Vision Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the recontracting of a further 4 Doctor Partners with Vision Group. This brings the total number of Doctor Partners to have recontracted since August to 11 Doctors. In addition to these 11 Doctors who have recently recontracted, a further 6 Doctor Partners have only recently executed new 5 year agreements as part of the staged acquisition of their practice. These 17 Doctors account for 47% of revenues adding to the base of long term agreements already in place.

This is a firm indication of Doctor Partner support for the Vision Group model and the Company and further Doctors are expected to recontract in the near future.

In recontracting with Vision Group, Dr Patrick Versace of Bondi Junction said I have more than 5 years history as a Vision Group Doctor Partner and such is my confidence with the Company I have chosen to recontract for a further 5 years. They also support my clinical research activities that enable me to remain at the forefront in my field of refractive surgery.
Vision Groups Medical Director, Dr Michael Lawless, also commented after recontracting long term that The clinical and work environment at Vision Eye Institute in Chatswood is how its meant to be; Collegiate, with a skilled team and great equipment to enhance patients lives. One of Vision Groups leading Queensland Doctor Partners, Dr Mark Loane has also recently recontracted long term and said Vision Group has allowed me to work to my full potential as an ophthalmologist. They provide me with the infrastructure, the advanced equipment and the staff to run it; this enables me to provide the highest standards of clinical, diagnostic and surgical care. The Company has also been very supportive of my rural and indigenous work in Cape York Peninsula, in fact, it would not have been possible to do this work without the support of 3 other Vision Group Partners, Dr Stephen Godfrey, Dr Paul Ng, and Dr Peter Heiner...I thank them for their contribution to indigenous care in Australia.
