Piedpiper, I could be wrong, but as I understand it from reading the notice of the meeting, and then the subsequent results themselves, Resolution 1 (being the issue of the new options), INCLUDED the explanatory notes that came with the notice, which detailed the conditions of the issue of these new options to old option holders at a price of .005c, to replace their expiring options.

That resolution was passed, therefore the deal to replace old options with new is now a done deal.

Don't know where you got this May 20 date, but it look to me like option holders are going to do well, particularly if they bought the options at sub .01c levels.
