transcor

Hi,
Does one know whether or not Transcor has got security over all the assets or just Gazonor? And what happens if they take over Gazonor: will the full debt be cancelled and shareholders keep their interest into the other assets (all the other CBM assets)?
That is the area I am currently looking at in the annual reports and announcements and am still not quite sure of what will happen at the end of the year of the CBs are not repaid in cash.
