I was always in TRF not in IFE.
I believed in the move from first moment I heard it last night.
Not traded TRF share for a months now. nor IFE.
My opinion differs from yours, but I believe that however you do the numbers, unless IFE was $5 now you could not get as good a deal. That is the nature of early stage financing.
I know that IFE mgmt have talked to very many potential investors.
I also know that other groups eg CXM have given the whole lot away and received very little in returm eg $.5m in actual cash and cannot even run their own show.
