Interesting:
Shareholders should note that the Voting Exclusion Statement in the Notice means that the Company will disregard any vote cast by any shareholder who is also an Option holder.
I missed that bit, thanks for pointing it out. Im sure this will rule quite a few shareholders out from voting.
