I have held for almost just over 2 months, but have traded in and out a few times...so you may be right.

If as you say the offer is set at 2.5c, that would put the oppies in play and result in a total of 2.2b shares on issue, but of course, an additional $10m in cash...assuming they get exercised.

This would put a value on LIO at about $56...which might be just about right assuming they build in a typical take-over premium?

However, if as you say, LIO recommend we don't accept, I suspect it could only be because they are expecting a higher offer from somewhere else.

If so, when they resume trading again, they could peceivably end up trading even higher than the 2.5c offer price.

Might be an interesting few weeks ahead.
