Weel the market seemed to know the pricing and hasn't been kind to the SP.
Maybe they have been making way to take the stock on the IPO but it seems like the worst kept secret!
Needs to break up through downward trend and 45d EMA. May be a downward wedge forming, might pop up out of that.
