NHC sought an interim order from the Takeovers Panel to force MCC to delay their 12 April meeting.
MCC have now delayed the meeting by a week and NHC have withdrawn their submission to the Takeovers Panel.
The second offer from NHC is coming.
Let the bidding begin - we now have an auction with XStrata sitting watching at present.
The significant shareholders are ultimately going to decide for MCC who MCC ends up with.
