This is very likely a good thing. This puts 11% of the shares back in the market which should help liquidity of the stock. I see already that the market depth has improved significantly. I imagine some investors will get out and take a small profit while others have perhaps invested as believers and will hold longer. Either way we should see a pretty solid floor at 3.85 and the only way is up.
